Terrestrial Invertebrates
Survey work can be required for invertebrates, particularly if habitats which may support a diverse or specialist invertebrate assemblage are present or where the potential for protected, priority or notably scarce species has been identified.
The Ecology Partnership offer high quality invertebrate surveys to fully establish baseline data for development or conservation projects. Our survey work informs impact assessments, mitigation design and management strategies. Survey work following set methodologies using techniques such as sweep netting, the use of pitfall traps or light traps or indeed manual searches can be undertaken. Whether full species assemblage surveys are required or targeted surveys for specific protected or priority species such as stag beetle, Roman snail or brown hairstreak, The Ecology Partnership can undertake the required survey work to meet your needs.
If you require more information on these assessment or further ecological consultancy, please call us or email us.
